The reel is supported by a shaft mounted on a sliding carriage; the carriage speed determines the pitch of the cable winding on the reel.
The reel carriage features a pre-tensioned mechanical locking system on the shaft, ensuring mechanical safety and user-friendly operation.

The reel lifting platform is mounted on linear guide bearings, and lifting is carried out safely by a screw system driven by a motor-reducer unit.

The machine cabin is specially designed, providing resistance to mechanical impacts and incorporating special insulation for soundproofing.

Speed, lay length, traverse range, and reel limits are adjusted via an HMI mounted on the machine.
