OUR APPLICATIONS

Recruitment: It is essential that the personnel to be recruited have competencies specific to the task as well as their compliance with our common values. Career planning, remuneration and personal development policies are established for our employees within the framework of performance evaluations conducted every year.

Training: The training needs of our personnel are analyzed every year and annual training planning is made. Trainings are focused on vocational, social and foreign language fields.

Internship: With a social responsibility, high school and university students who want to do internship in summer and winter terms are provided with opportunities within the quota opened.

Reward and Suggestion System: Each employee is encouraged to make suggestions and those who make appropriate suggestions are rewarded within our system. In addition to these, at the end of each year, on the days of celebrating the anniversaries of the transition to production, employees who have completed their 5th, 15th, and 25th seniority years are given thank you plate and gifts.

Social Activities: Social activities such as sports activities, parties for various purposes, SARMAKİNA Festival, etc. are aimed at the social development of our personnel, the strengthening of mutual relations and the creation of a pleasant working environment.
