Personal Data Clarification Text

This Personal Data Clarification Text has been prepared to inform you about the collection, processing, transfer of your personal data, and your rights under the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“Law”).

As Paul Hartmann Medical and Hygienic Products Import Export and Limited Company, located at Kozyatağı Mah. Kaya Sultan Sok. Nanda Plaza No:83/1/A Floor:3, we process your personal data as the data controller in accordance with the Law and related legislation within the scope explained below.

  • Providing fringe benefits and rights for the relatives of our employees;
  • Evaluating job applications from candidates, conducting interviews and meetings, and contacting individuals listed as references in the candidates’ CVs;
  • Managing the processes related to company acquisition;
  • Issuing commercial credit cards through our company;
  • Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and fulfilling our legal obligations;

Method of Collecting Personal Data

We collect your personal data through the following automatic and non-automatic channels:

We process your personal data in accordance with the processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law.

  1. Transfer of Your Personal Data

We may transfer your personal data to our employees, business partners, shareholders, suppliers, company representatives, legally authorized attorneys, and legally authorized public/private institutions and organizations for the purposes specified above, in accordance with the processing conditions specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law.

  1. Your Rights Regarding Personal Data

Under Article 11 of the Law, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • To learn whether your personal data is being processed;
  • If your personal data has been processed, to request information about it;
  • To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose;
  • To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred, domestically or abroad;
  • If your personal data is incomplete or incorrectly processed, to request its correction and to request notification of the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred;
  • To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data, even if it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of the Law and other relevant laws, if the reasons for processing are no longer valid, and to request notification of the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred;
  • To object to the processing of your personal data exclusively by automated systems that lead to a result against you;
  • If you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data, to demand compensation;

You can submit your requests regarding these rights through the Application Form on our website.

Your request will be fulfilled free of charge. However, if the requested process incurs an additional cost, fees will be charged to the applicant according to the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
